A little more about me...

Loving all of life, the creation the end, most of all, the DASH.

I gained a newfound clarity by stepping away from the traditional corporate world and embracing a comprehensive approach to wellness, I have begun an amazing journey to improve my overall well-being in every aspect of my life.

As I entered my midlife journey, I found myself leaving behind the old ways of hiding and ignoring my symptoms, feeling a strong pull to explore and discover more about the world around me. I fully welcomed a life filled with abundance and connection, not just on a physical, emotional, and financial level, also on a deeper, more spiritual level. I sought to uncover my true passions, find inspiration in unexpected places, and cultivate a sense of courage, balance and harmony within myself.

Emblem of Pride - "Info Warrior"!
On this personal expedition, someone once labeled me as an "Info Warrior," and I wear that badge with pride! I thrive by focusing on diving deep into the realms of information, researching diligently, and then sharing my newfound wisdom to empower and enlighten others.

In this exciting moment, I am thrilled to share knowledge with those who are interested in embracing a mindset of infinite possibilities, unlocking their true potential. Together, we can explore enhancing our well-being as we move away from restrictive beliefs, leaving behind the influence of fear-based beliefs that have been placed upon us. It is time to step into a realm of endless belief and abundance.

Change is inevitable, and I find true fulfillment in supporting others as they break free from survival mode and start living a life inspired. It is truly empowering to witness someone awakening to their inner beauty and radiating that out into the world, becoming a blessing to others. Join us on this journey of living life inspired with joy and confidence. One of the choices we have is to love and embrace ourselves, even in moments of perceived failure. The stories we tell ourselves and the self-abuse we inflict can be so destructive.

I remember feeling lost and embarrassed, criticizing myself to save others the trouble. It led to isolation and self-sabotage.

Albert Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results.

Stepping outside our comfort zones allows us to express emotions and desires in a judgment-free space. Discovering our vision and embracing transformation will bring us peace and direction.
