The Four Pillars of Authentic Living

When you find your authentic self, you will be...

Following Dreams

What would it feel like to follow YOUR dreams? It took me a long while to find mine—for a dream to not feel selfish. Today, I support others on their dream journey, finding who they came here to be.

Living Inspired

A smile, laughter, the sun or moon, family and friends. Look deep within—think of your dream, where you pull courage and find harmony—and you will begin living life inspired!

Being Courageous

Being courageous requires strength. Repeat: "I AM STRONG!" It is time to link arms with faith and step out to be who you came here to be. It is scary, but it is rewarding!

Allowing Harmony

Balance. Peace within. Time, listening, and practice bring life into harmony—relishing joy and confidence along the way. Together, we make unimaginable possibilities a reality.

Choose Self-Discovery

Your wisdom years are a season of abundance, clarity, and renewed purpose.

Seek Internal Approval

Shift your focus inward to cultivate deep self-love and self-esteem. Release self-doubt and replace negative self-talk with positive choices.

Honor Your Journey

Celebrate past accomplishments in your dedicated roles as a daughter, mother, partner, caregiver, and professional. Every chapter matters.

Select New Possibilities

Pursue fresh avenues that align with your current personal aspirations. Your next chapter is yours to author—with courage and clarity.

Engage in Holistic Wellness

Our health and well-being is an INVESTMENT, not an expense. Comprehend your evolution—body, mind, and spirit continuously transform during your wisdom years.

My Young Living Journey

Since 2009, Young Living products have been part of my daily life. My path into massage and holistic practice grew from personal experience. In my younger years, I struggled with digestive issues and later faced chaotic hormone imbalance after childbirth. What began as one pill gradually turned into several, along with weight gain, brain fog, low focus, and fatigue. That experience led me to choose a more natural, whole-body approach.

In 2012, I began more intentionally with emotional oils, and that season revealed how deeply our emotions connect with every system in the body. From there, I expanded into cleaner living through oils and Thieves cleaning products, realizing how much everyday products can affect overall wellbeing.

Over the last several years, my main focus has been digestive and lymph support, while continuing to listen to what my body is asking for in each season. Some days that looks like more oils, other days more supplements. My current wellness routine includes NingXia Red, targeted supplements, supportive cleaning products, and Balance & Burn GLP-1 support.

What I have learned is that wellness is not one fixed regimen. It is a series of choices that support the body, mind, and spirit as they continually shift. That journey is what shaped my work and continues to guide how I serve others today—with more energy, more balance, and a deeper comprehension of what true holistic support can look like.

Recharge You! Spring Renewal Flows Within

We are in the beginning of Spring, a season naturally aligned with renewal, clearing, and fresh starts. Through mid-June, we will focus on two organs central to your body's ability to process, release, and move forward: the Liver and Gallbladder.

These organs do far more than most realize. They work quietly, processing what enters the body through food, air, and skin. They respond to stress, emotions, sleep quality, and the chemical load we carry. When supported well, they create the foundation for vitality, clarity, and ease. When burdened, their struggle ripples through the whole system.

Comprehending the Liver's Full Role
The Liver is not simply a filter for food and drink. It responds to air quality, chemicals in your environment, stress levels, rest patterns, thoughts, and emotions. True wellness is never one-dimensional, it requires looking at the whole picture of how you live.

Consider this: A woman in her wisdom years has spent decades absorbing what the world placed around her—harsh cleaning products under the sink, synthetic ingredients in personal care items, stress from roles as daughter, mother, wife, and caregiver. Cigarette smoke in childhood homes. Alcohol woven throughout daily life. Poor sleep during demanding seasons. All of this accumulates in the body.

The Liver may continue working quietly for a long time, even while under significant strain. You might not notice its struggle until the burden becomes too heavy to manage silently. This is why support becomes most powerful when it becomes part of daily living rather than a last-minute reaction.

The Gallbladder's Hidden Complexity
The Gallbladder is influenced by much more than food alone. While greasy meals and processed fats are common stressors, the Gallbladder is also affected by the Liver's overall condition, the body's total toxic load, and even emotional tension held internally.

What the body stores, suppresses, or struggles to release influences how systems perform over time. Bitterness, resentment, and impatience can lodge in the Gallbladder just as surely as heavy fats. The Gallbladder thrives when daily choices support flow rather than stagnation.

Spring as a Natural Turning Point
Spring naturally favors cleansing and circulation. This season offers a strong opportunity to support both organs with intention. Fresh foods, healthy fats in appropriate amounts, movement, hydration, and a lighter chemical burden all matter. A thoughtful approach to well-being includes what is eaten, what is breathed, what is absorbed through the skin, and what is carried internally—both physically and emotionally.

For many women in their wisdom years, this becomes a gentle reset. Less burden means more flow. More awareness of what truly supports well-being. A chance to choose renewal over exhaustion.

The Body Responds to Rhythm
In the body, rhythm matters deeply. When daily patterns become more supportive, the system often responds with greater ease, better digestion, clearer energy, and improved circulation. This does not require dramatic overhaul. Small, steady choices compound into meaningful shifts.

The Liver and Gallbladder respond well to:
- More spring greens with meals
- Cleaner foods with fewer additives and harsh ingredients
- Fresh air and gentle movement each day
- Lighter meals that do not overburden digestion
- Healthier fats in moderate amounts
- Slower eating with thorough chewing
- Adequate hydration and rest

Emotions and the Organs
The organs communicate through emotion as well. The Liver and Gallbladder are connected to patterns like irritability, frustration, resentment, bitterness, and impatience. When these emotions arise frequently, they often signal that these organs need support.

The path forward involves choosing patience, ease, willingness, clarity, contentment, steadiness, peace, and discernment instead. This is not about suppressing difficult feelings. It is about processing them and moving toward states that support your whole being.

A Holistic Approach
Holistic support means addressing all layers at once. The foods you choose. The air you breathe. The products you use on your skin and throughout your home. The pace you keep. The thoughts you repeat. The emotions you process. The rest you allow yourself.

Your body, mind, and spirit are in constant evolution. In your wisdom years, you have the clarity and authority to choose what truly serves you. You have lived long enough to recognize patterns, name what has not worked, and decide what comes next.

Recharge You! Spring Renewal Starts Within

Spring invites a natural shift. As the season moves from March 21 through June 20, the world begins to lighten, open, and grow. That same rhythm often stirs something within us. Energy changes. Thoughts rise. Emotions surface. The body asks for a reset.

Spring focus turns toward the liver and gallbladder, two organs that play an important role in cleansing, digestion, storage, processing, and release. Their work reaches far beyond food alone. They respond to daily living, emotional strain, environmental exposures, and the steady buildup of what the body has carried for years.
