I was allowing ME to slip away!
 
In May of 2024, I came to the realization that I had lost sight of my own well-being. As a massage practitioner and life coach, my life revolves around helping others achieve balance and enhance their quality of life. However, I recognized the importance of stepping back and taking time to focus on my own inner harmony. This journey has been about nurturing my own balance and well-being, ensuring that I am the best version of myself for both me and those I am privileged to guide.

After more research and realizing how much goes on while sleeping I began an additional focus to my sleep. 

Many do not use a tracking device at all, let alone while sleeping. I have journaled how I feel as I wake and proceed with my day when I do have it on (because that is how I was able to see how much DEEP sleep I was getting) vs. when I do not.

So when I have worn it my DEEP sleep pattern was in the upper 30's. Once I began this new journey, it has been 56 - 1h 14m. 

Do I feel better, more energetic, focused and have more clarity, YES!

I will also say the days I wake and I have not worn my watch it has felt MORE improved.

I will be moving away from sleeping with and only wearing the device when working out to track my steps.
