Choosing a dream sets things in motion. Digging deep for courage, stepping beyond the familiar, and creating harmony turns everyday life into something inspired and worthwhile.
My original dream was nursing. My true path became holistic care through massage therapy. I remember telling myself, “Two more years.” I worked 60+ hours a week, traveled, and went to school full time. It was a journey built one second at a time, one day at a time, all the way to graduation. Then came the next modality, the next certification. The dream stayed alive because I chose courage, harmony, and follow-through.
That led me to search, research, learn—and now educate. I love sharing our original medicine and reminding others that health can be simple. Over time, we added layers and made it complicated, yet when you look back, life often worked with nature, not against it.
Focusing on how body, mind, and spirit work together serves our greater good.
Dreams become real through vision and perseverance. What we perceive, we receive. Possibilities open when we give ourselves permission to shift direction and choose what aligns. Self-belief changes everything.
It has been 15+ years, and I feel grateful for every step. Today, I live what once seemed unrealistic—and I continue empowering myself and others to live life inspired with joy and confidence.
